Terms of Service — Bizaspects

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Bizaspects website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Bizaspects provides business consulting, accounting, and tax compliance services to South African businesses. Service scope, deliverables, and turnaround times are described on each service page and may be updated from time to time.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information required for us to deliver the services you purchase. Delays caused by missing or inaccurate information are not the responsibility of Bizaspects.

4. Payments & Refunds

Service fees are payable upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once work has commenced, fees are non-refundable. Where regulatory bodies (e.g. CIPC, SARS) charge separate statutory fees, those are passed through at cost.

5. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are guidelines only and depend on third-party government bodies. Bizaspects is not liable for delays caused by SARS, CIPC, the Department of Labour, or other external authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizaspects' total liability arising out of any service shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that specific service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Bizaspects and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
